Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality UI components for e-commerce websites.
- Use JavaScript, TypeScript, and Lit Web Components to implement user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with designers to transform wireframes and design concepts into functional UIs.
- Ensure the UI works consistently across various browsers and devices, maintaining responsiveness.
- Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate UI layers with backend services and APIs effectively.
- Conduct debugging, testing, and fine-tuning of UI components.
- Adhere to best practices in code quality, emphasizing reusability and maintainability.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in developing dynamic, responsive UI solutions for e-commerce platforms.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
- Experience with Lit Web Components architecture.
- Solid understanding of CSS techniques including Flexbox, Grid layouts, and animations.
- Capability to create scalable and reusable UI components.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility challenges and solutions.
- Experience collaborating with UX designers and backend teams.
- Ability to work independently to deliver high-quality UI implementations.
