Job description
Position Overview
The role entails providing essential technical assistance and troubleshooting for drone systems, including being available for on-site deployment when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline support and resolve technical problems related to UAV systems, including deployment at field locations as needed.
- Perform repairs and rectify faults to restore drone system functionality and performance.
- Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance following established protocols and maintenance plans.
- Analyze root causes of issues and furnish thorough technical feedback to engineering teams and clients.
- Communicate all operational, maintenance, or engineering concerns discovered during maintenance or field tasks to the Lead Engineer.
- Maintain and update maintenance documentation ensuring compliance with policies, operational directions, and customer requirements.
