Job Overview

This full-time position offers work-from-home opportunities as a Turkish Language Interpreter requiring fluency in both Turkish and English. Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent and be prepared to work rotational shifts including nights.

Core Responsibilities

• Interpret communications flawlessly between Turkish and English, maintaining the original tone and style while following grammatical and syntactical norms.
• Deliver exact and complete renditions of conversations, prepared to manage difficult and challenging calls professionally.
• Exhibit excellent customer service abilities with clear pronunciation and a professional demeanor.
• Closely follow client instructions and manage the flow of calls, refraining from direct interactions with non-English speakers unless authorized.
• Stay composed during calls, especially if parties involved become upset or incoherent.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance for assigned shifts.
• Have dependable internet connectivity to support communication tasks.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English at C2, C1, B2 levels.
• Understanding of cultural subtleties and idiomatic expressions in both languages.
• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking capabilities to ensure high accuracy.
• Ability to remain neutral and objective while interpreting.
• Skill to explain cultural context when needed to prevent misunderstandings.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights.

Benefits and Additional Information

• Work schedule consists of 5 days weekly, with 2 days off on a rotating basis.
• Remuneration can reach up to 787000 INR per annum.
