About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Trust & Safety Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves evaluating and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards, helping maintain a safe and responsible online environment. You will analyze user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, and handle issues reported by users or flagged through automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess content generated by various teams (Tier 1, 2, 2.5, Executives) to ensure adherence to policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Analyze complex policy issues, develop summaries related to enforcement gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve these efficiently.
- Utilize expert knowledge of community guidelines and current regulations such as child protection and data privacy laws to make well-informed decisions on content.
- Conduct content reviews and research to provide guidance for multiple teams through consultations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to projects aiming to enhance support tools and operational processes.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have a graduation degree and 3 to 5 years of experience related to user-generated content moderation, particularly in content safety or similar areas.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in leading initiatives, owning projects, and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to see the broader context and recognize when escalation is necessary.
- Adaptability to work effectively in fast-changing environments.
- Accountability in acknowledging mistakes and applying the lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Strong interest in content moderation, with a preference for candidates passionate about hate speech or child safety issues.
- Experience managing highly sensitive or distressing content responsibly.

As this role involves exposure to disturbing content including graphic, violent, or sexual material, strong resilience and coping strategies are essential. To support well-being, participation in a specialized Trust & Safety well-being program is required, which offers resources to aid mental health and team support.
