Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a proficient truck driver responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of goods to specified locations within the Makkah Region. The candidate will handle multiple operational tasks to ensure the vehicle's upkeep and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee loading and unloading processes in alignment with the loading manifest.
- Arrange routine service appointments for the truck and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Coordinate vehicle cleaning and detailing to preserve both internal and external condition.
- Transport goods securely to their assigned destinations.
- Conduct monthly truck maintenance, including cleaning and oil and filter changes.
- Maintain proper documentation by ensuring customer-stamped invoices are returned to the Customer Service Department.
- Communicate any customer complaints to supervisors and suggest potential improvements.
Additional Information
Employment is full-time and requires onsite presence in the Makkah Region.
