Travel & Accommodation Advisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel & Accommodation Advisor to join our team at the Tritton Operation. This crucial role involves organizing travel, accommodation, rosters, and site logistics for employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure smooth, safe, and cost-efficient workforce movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and site transfers for personnel.
• Manage accommodation bookings and allocations.
• Oversee roster scheduling and workforce logistics to support operational continuity.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external travel providers.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and precise logistical coordination for mobilisation, onboarding, and roster transitions.

About the Employer

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine in central New South Wales, operated by Aeris Resources, an ASX-listed mid-tier producer specializing in base and precious metals. The operation uses a hub-and-spoke model to transport ore to a centralized mill.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in travel coordination, administrative roles, or accommodation management.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a demanding operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Holds a valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in mining, FIFO, or remote site operations.
• Familiarity with travel booking and workforce management software.
• Knowledge of mining rosters and mobilisation needs.
• Experience in accommodation planning and workforce logistics forecasting.
