Role Purpose
In support of Virtuos' expanding agentic AI platform across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, the Transformation Lead for AI will spearhead change management efforts. Working closely with AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leaders, this position ensures that AI solutions are adopted efficiently and yield measurable benefits throughout the studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management and the integration of AI tools within APAC studios.
- Serve as the representative voice of users to central product and engineering teams.
- Develop and conduct enablement initiatives, training sessions, and onboarding programs for studio personnel.
- Recognize and resolve resistance to AI adoption, converting skeptics into proponents.
- Support and expand the regional AI Champion network to promote AI usage.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least 4 to 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting, with proven success driving adoption within complex organizations.
- Exhibit strong capability in managing diverse stakeholders, comfortably engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Be prepared for frequent travel across studios within the APAC region.
- Preferred candidates will have a technical background such as engineering, data science, or machine learning, with experience in gaming or creative sectors.
