About the Employer

A well-established professional services organization with a robust footprint in Singapore, this firm caters to a diverse clientele including local enterprises, multinational corporations, and rapidly expanding businesses. As part of its expansion strategy, it aims to enhance its Transfer Pricing practice by recruiting an experienced Transfer Pricing Tax Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the complete preparation and scrutiny of top-quality Transfer Pricing Documentation for various corporate clients.
  • Manage client compliance proactively by ensuring all regulatory filing obligations such as Form GIR and Country-by-Country Reporting are fulfilled precisely and punctually.
  • Offer strategic and practical advice on transfer pricing concerning related-party deals, intercompany pricing methods, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide technical transfer pricing expertise and support to internal audit teams and tax partners during client projects.
  • Prepare and handle replies to Corporate Income Tax inquiries related to transfer pricing and coordinate with relevant parties when necessary.
  • Examine intercompany contracts, Service Level Agreements, and legal documents to confirm they align with transfer pricing standards and arm's length requirements.
  • Work closely with the tax compliance group to assist in broader tax advisory and compliance activities.
  • Support the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns during times of lower transfer pricing workload.
  • Engage in client meetings, delivering technical insights and fostering strong client connections.
  • Contribute to expanding and developing the company's Transfer Pricing services and clientele.

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications like SCTP, CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • At least five years’ relevant transfer pricing experience within a professional services firm, accounting practice, or multinational corporation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing rules, OECD guidelines, and corporate tax concepts.
  • Proven experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, filing compliance reports, and handling tax authority inquiries.
  • Experience with Country-by-Country Reporting, Form GIR submissions, and evaluating intercompany agreements is highly valuable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, proactive mindset, comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
