Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with global partners for transfer pricing support by delegating tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and submission of transfer pricing documentation and reports throughout the corporate group.
- Regularly evaluate profitability metrics for controlled transactions and promptly alert management of any significant discrepancies.
- Head the assessment of Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) implications on the organization, identify potential tax risks, and facilitate adjustments to internal workflows and corporate structure.
- Contribute to broader international tax and corporate matters, including the establishment of new subsidiaries abroad and maintenance of tax and corporate compliance for existing overseas entities.
Candidate Requirements
- Professional experience of at least three years in transfer pricing or international taxation, preferably within consulting firms or large multinational holding companies with complex cross-border operations.
- Deep knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Pillar 2 / GloBE regulations, international transfer pricing rules, and financial analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset, thoughtful approach, and ability to consider holistic perspectives in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, comfortable in multinational settings; Ukrainian language skills are advantageous.
