It suits an Assistant Manager level professional seeking greater client engagement responsibility while continuing to develop technical expertise with senior guidance.

- Analyze client functional and risk profiles, and incorporate industry and value-driver insights to inform transfer pricing methodology.
- Apply knowledge of global transfer pricing legislation, such as OECD, EU, and IRS regulations, to assess and influence client strategies.
- Leverage economic analysis and databases to conduct quantitative evaluations and select appropriate transfer pricing methods.
- Provide strategic direction by understanding both client and firm objectives, communicating these effectively within the team, and building long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support business development in partnership with Transfer Pricing leadership and wider tax teams.
- Coach and develop team members through formal and informal methods to enhance expertise and performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with current and emerging transfer pricing rules across multiple jurisdictions.
- Relevant exposure to financial services transactions including sectors like insurance, banking, and funds management is advantageous.
- Experience handling transfer pricing disputes, such as Advanced Pricing Agreements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP), is a plus.
- Ability to manage project teams effectively throughout transfer pricing lifecycles.
- Strong quantitative and economic analysis skills to evaluate complex transactions.
