Role Summary
The Training Specialist will take charge of developing and managing training programs, ensuring smooth orientation, and supporting ongoing training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate all aspects of training programs including new hire orientation, on-the-job, and technical training.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities and update training records diligently.
- Oversee Work-Study Diploma program administration, collaborating closely with HR, internal teams, and external partners.
- Serve as the main contact for training requisitions and payment processes.
- Identify essential skills across levels and functions to guide focused training needs assessments and gap analysis.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Candidate Profile
We seek a meticulous and proactive individual with excellent coordination and administrative capabilities, adept in managing stakeholders and supporting training delivery effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Training & Development, Engineering, Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience in facilitating orientation, on-the-job, and technical training programs.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and maintaining accurate training documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with HR and external parties.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge about training requisition, invoicing, and payment coordination.
- Capability to handle various priorities and ad-hoc tasks independently.
