Overview

We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and enhance training programs that fuel organizational growth and employee skills development. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and employee growth approaches.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Capability to assess training needs and convert them into actionable development programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
• Analytical skills to measure learning effectiveness and performance indicators.
