Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture partnerships with employers, recruiters, and corporate stakeholders.
• Identify and bring onboard new companies to facilitate internships and placements.
• Coordinate placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Facilitate workshops on resume writing, conduct mock interviews, and provide career counseling.
• Advise students regarding interview readiness, job applications, and industry standards.
• Monitor student eligibility and performance related to placements.
• Collaborate with academic staff and management to tailor placement strategies that meet industry needs.
• Maintain and update placement records and databases, preparing detailed reports.
• Ensure effective communication between students, recruiters, and institute management.
• Train students on communication skills, problem-solving, and technical interviewing.
• Offer personalized mentorship to assist students in achieving their professional objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid knowledge of job roles in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics domains.
• Proficiency using MS Office, CRM systems, and prominent job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Capability to analyze placement trends and comprehend industry workforce demands.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with both students and industry professionals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in placement coordination, career services, or recruitment, ideally within education or technology sectors.
