Trainer

Role Overview

This position involves facilitating the launch of new retail outlets by planning and executing on-the-job training programs for store teams. The Trainer will be responsible for ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer experiences from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize practical training sessions for team members at newly opening stores.
• Produce routine reports tracking completed training visits to assess progress and effectiveness.
• Operate and maintain the e-learning platform related to Rituals, including supporting session registrations and monitoring training completion regionally.
• Oversee performance metrics derived from Mystery Shopper evaluations within designated areas.
• Collaborate closely with the Training team based at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam, as well as with the Retail and Wholesale teams located in France.
