Trainer

About the Role

Akademeia365 is looking for motivated and skilled Trainers dedicated to assisting schools in the effective adoption of educational technology. These Trainers will deliver hands-on training sessions, help schools create actionable implementation strategies, and provide ongoing coaching to promote the seamless use of technology in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and scheduled training sessions for school leadership and teaching personnel based on approved curricula.
• Guide each participating school in designing a practical and sustainable Technology Implementation Plan during the training period.
• Offer focused coaching to support full integration of technology into teaching and school administrative functions.
• Support schools in establishing Project Management Teams, including a school leader, a technical lead responsible for IT issues, and two integration leads tasked with fostering classroom technology usage.
• Provide continuous mentorship to school teams to ensure correct use, troubleshooting, and long-term sustainability of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Akademeia365 project leads to assess training outcomes, provide feedback, and recommend program enhancements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must have a personal laptop to be used during training sessions.
• Strong skills in facilitation and delivering training, preferably within education or technology contexts.
• Ability to engage adult learners such as teachers and school leaders effectively.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication capabilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage training assignments across multiple schools simultaneously.
• Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Desirable experience includes prior training delivery in educational settings, familiarity with educational technology tools, project management within schools, and a background in teaching, educational leadership, or instructional coaching.

• Trainers should be prepared to deliver training both in-person and virtually, depending on the schools' technology readiness.
