Job description

Role Overview

Join Specsavers as a Trainee Audiology Practitioner and contribute to helping people improve their hearing. You'll work closely with partners and team members to assist more customers efficiently. As part of the role, you will be enrolled in the Specsavers Audiology Practitioner course, receiving thorough training supported by a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). You will gain skills such as performing ear wax removal, fitting and programming hearing aids, and replacing domes and tubes. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities to progress to other positions within the store or the larger business.

Work Locations and Team

You will primarily assist stores located in Nutgrove and Dundrum. The audiology team is welcoming and experienced, eager to support your transition into the role.

Eligibility and Skills

No specific degree or prior qualifications are required to enroll in this programme. However, candidates should possess effective written and verbal English communication skills to interact well with customers and colleagues. A strong enthusiasm for personal development and the willingness to enhance your skillset are essential. Familiarity with patient management systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
