Role Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
- Schedule eye examinations efficiently.
- Conduct preliminary patient screenings.
- Offer advice on frame styles suited to customers.
- Measure frames accurately for fitting.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
