Trainee and Junior Compounder

About the Role

We are seeking candidates for the position of Trainee Compounder / Junior Compounder at our manufacturing plant in Pune. This is a full-time role requiring working on-site under a 3-shift rotational schedule. Candidates can be freshers or those with up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compounding, batch mixing, and manufacturing activities while adhering strictly to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Manage raw materials including chemicals and food or flavor ingredients following batch manufacturing records precisely.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and accurate documentation through operational logs.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
• Operate in a rotational shift system to achieve daily production goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background must include a Diploma or Diploma coupled with ITI certification in Chemical, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Agriculture disciplines.
• Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to three years of work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary for freshers is approximately ₹3.17 lakh per annum, translating to around ₹19,500 monthly in-hand or gross pay.
• For candidates with experience, the salary can go up to ₹3.64 lakh per annum, equivalent to about ₹23,000 monthly.
