About the Company and Role

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and driven Trading Systems Engineer to oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of our trading infrastructure. The goal is to guarantee operational stability, optimal performance, and reliability of all trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain smooth functioning of all trading platforms managed by Hantec.
- Handle configuration, installation, and support of hardware and software related to trading infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents impacting trading systems.
- Provide daily technical support for MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Administer MT4/MT5 Data Centres effectively.
- Continuously monitor MT4/MT5 platforms to ensure uptime and performance.
- Conduct testing for new plugins and system enhancements.
- Create and update documentation for procedures and policies associated with trading systems.
Technical Qualifications and Skills
- Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proficient understanding and experience with VMWare virtualization technology.
- Solid knowledge of security fundamentals, including firewall configurations.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Technology Bridge applications such as OneZero, PrimeXM, FXCubic, and Centroid.
- Extensive hands-on experience administering MT4 and MT5 platforms.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Working Hours and Location
