Role Overview
As a Trading Manager, you will leverage data analytics to formulate growth strategies for various UK cities, directly influencing the expansion and market leadership of Veezu. You will collaborate across departments to implement strategic plans, monitor key business indicators, maintain pricing structures, and ensure compliance with information security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze city-specific performance data to identify market opportunities and drive improvements.
- Create and coordinate trading strategies that utilize market insights to foster business growth; collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Passenger & Driver Lifecycle, Driver Partner Experience, Data Science, and Legal.
- Track KPIs and regularly report trends, challenges, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Offer feedback to enhance service delivery for passengers and driver partners.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain ownership of tariffs in internal systems ensuring accuracy and resolving related issues in a timely manner.
- Keep comprehensive records of tariffs and pricing models.
- Serve as the expert on technical questions regarding tariff and pricing setups.
- Assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of pricing strategies alongside the Data Science team.
- Commit to upholding ISO27001 certification standards and stringent information security protocols.

Work Location and Conditions
This is a hybrid role primarily based remotely from your home address. Attendance at the Cardiff headquarters or other locations is expected at least once per month.
