Role Summary
As a Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing trade settlements, managing cash reconciliations, and mitigating operational risks within the bank's foreign exchange operations. This role demands a careful analysis of financial data to spot trends and potential risk factors, facilitating improvements across trade activities.
Key Duties
- Manage and monitor the entire process of trade settlements and cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assess financial information related to forex operations to identify patterns, risks, and possible enhancements.
- Work in close coordination with internal teams to address challenges associated with trade lifecycle management and related specialist duties.
- Prepare and generate detailed reports pertaining to trade settlements, reconciliations, and key performance metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance, specifically in foreign exchange trading operations.
- In-depth knowledge of trade settlement procedures, cash reconciliation methods, and risk management in operational settings.
- Ability to create comprehensive reports using diverse reporting tools and software.
- Experience collaborating effectively with analysts or similar roles within banking environments.
