Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Workfront Consultant, you will be responsible for developing reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and leading technical discussions with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Partnering with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers, you will design and implement integrated solutions tailored to customer needs. You will manage technical development, adhering to standardized procedures for technical delivery and integration with third-party software. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical problems by validating issues and delivering effective solutions, as well as provide post-deployment support related to customer integrations. Assessing integration requirements, identifying solutions, and explaining the integration process will be needed throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will also develop integration solutions using program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, and configure Workfront as necessary to support integration approaches.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing integration or implementation roles involving integration, software development, networking, or operations.
- Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or similar Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) tools is highly desirable.
- Strong programming skills in Java, PHP, or Python, alongside web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with data migration from legacy client systems and tools.
- Exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive and adaptable with a hands-on, results-driven approach and strong business process understanding.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience deploying solutions in SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of implementing enterprise system integrations (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM).
- Demonstrated experience working with third-party software integrations.
