About the Role
Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a dedicated full-time Trade Drive-Thru Customer Service team member. This role is vital in delivering seamless service and support to both Trade and DIY customers at our state-of-the-art trade area serving Wanaka and nearby building communities. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently managing customer interactions at the Trade Drive-Thru, ensuring smooth and timely service
- Assisting customers with inquiries and product requirements
- Maintaining stock levels, merchandising, and tidiness in the trade area
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Adept at multitasking with the capability to quickly learn new products
- Ability to resolve problems effectively while upholding high customer service standards under pressure
- Good numerical skills along with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit to handle product lifting without restrictions
- Familiarity with building supply products is advantageous but not essential if willing to learn
- Holding a forklift license is desirable but not mandatory

Employment Details
