Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standard using expert technical knowledge.
• Lead by example within the workshop, serving as the key technical contact for colleagues.
• Provide training and mentorship to apprentices, aiding their professional growth.
• Contribute to exceptional customer service by interacting with clients at the reception area as necessary.

Role Requirements

• Possession of diagnostic and master technician certifications relevant to Toyota vehicles.
• Minimum of four years' experience working as an automotive technician in a franchise environment.
• Ability to maintain performance and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Strong aptitude and willingness to train and develop apprentice technicians.
• A valid, clean, and current driving license.
• Motivation to continuously improve skills and develop professionally.
