Job description
Position Overview
Power International Holding is looking to hire a knowledgeable Total Rewards Specialist to enhance and manage its compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives. The role focuses on designing competitive and engaging Total Rewards strategies that support talent acquisition, retention, and motivation within the corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive Total Rewards policies and programs.
- Conduct job evaluations using standardized methodologies coupled with internal comparisons.
- Carry out salary benchmarking, market surveys, compensation analyses, and cost modeling exercises.
- Craft recommendations on salary frameworks, incentive schemes, and benefits packages aligned with current market dynamics.
- Maintain internal pay equity while ensuring competitiveness with external market pay rates.
- Support processes such as annual salary adjustments, bonus allocations, and incentive planning.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to extract insights and formulate recommendations.
- Keep abreast of compensation trends, labor market shifts, and legal regulatory updates.
- Ensure adherence to compensation governance, policies, and audit protocols.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to advise on compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and recognition initiatives.
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing HR analytics tools and statistics.
- Identify opportunities to refine Total Rewards systems, policies, and the overall employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years in professional experience, including at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Prior experience working within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is a plus.
- Expertise in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation, Salary Benchmarking, Market Analysis, Pay Equity, Incentive and Bonus Programs, Benefits Administration, HR Analytics, and Cost Modeling.
- Proficient advanced Excel skills and strong capability to interpret compensation data.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; SAP ERP Human Resources knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement ability, and project coordination experience.
- Good understanding of employment laws and best practices regarding compensation governance.
