About the Role and Company
This role of Total Rewards Senior Analyst involves enhancing workforce performance and business productivity by designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve progressively complex compensation and benefits challenges.
- Engage primarily with internal teams across Accenture and occasionally with clients and management.
- Work independently with limited guidance on daily tasks and moderate guidance on new projects.
- Make decisions affecting personal work and potentially influencing colleagues’ tasks.
- Contribute individually or lead small teams or projects.
- Availability for rotational shift work as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate-level education in any discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management, including incentive compensation.
- Strong understanding of total rewards encompassing salary, bonuses, health benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
