Job description
Overview
Based in Letterkenny with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week), this role within the PGIM People Team offers a unique opportunity to collaborate globally on compensation and HR data challenges. As Manager of Compensation & Analytics, you will contribute to evolving compensation strategies aligned with PGIM's business goals while managing key established processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with People Business Leaders, People Operations, and PGIM Finance to design and manage streamlined headcount and compensation analytics, including accruals, modeling, and forecasting for investment professionals, sales, and corporate staff.
- Lead year-end compensation activities encompassing salaries, short- and long-term incentives, promotions, and performance reviews for designated PGIM sectors.
- Provide guidance on compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and maintain compensation structures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in market data alignment and job architecture, offering insights and support on grading and pay frameworks.
- Address ad-hoc requests and provide consulting on compensation matters to PGIM Total Rewards and People Team colleagues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Curiosity and innovation in resolving compensation challenges through fresh, improved methods.
- Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail and capability to translate analysis into actionable business insights.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel features such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested formulas, Power Pivot Tables, and charting.
- Familiarity or desire to enhance skills with Power BI, Visier, or comparable data visualization tools.
- Experience and aptitude in leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot to enhance productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, prioritizing appropriately.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and partnership-building skills with a collaborative work style.
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic, capable of performing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and flexible with extended hours when necessary.
- Hands-on experience with Aon and/or Willis Towers Watson (WTW) benchmarking data.
- 6 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in HR compensation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Experience
- Background in financial services, asset management, or global operational contexts.
- Familiarity with position management tools and systems.
- Exposure to Workday and compensation administration platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
