About the Role

105 Surveys seeks an experienced Topographical Surveyor to join their team, responsible for performing detailed topographical surveys. The position involves gathering and processing spatial information for projects across private and public sectors related to construction and development.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational and technical capabilities, with growth opportunities available in advanced geomatic surveying disciplines through training.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing topographical surveys utilizing total stations, GNSS equipment, and leveling instruments.
• Managing projects from initial site evaluation through to final completion and delivery.
• Processing collected field data using software like Trimble Business Center and n4ce.
• Analyzing site data to create precise survey drawings and detailed reports.
• Ensuring survey data and project documentation are systematically maintained and accurate.
• Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Between three to five (or more) years’ experience in topographical surveying.
• Possession of a relevant qualification in surveying or geomatics is preferred.
• Competent user of AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and n4ce software.
• Sound knowledge of surveying fundamentals including control, data accuracy, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills suited to both clients and site personnel.
• Must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
