About the Role

This role is focused on supporting project delivery by developing and deploying tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with internal teams and clients to gather tool requirements relevant to projects.
• Architect solutions considering available tools, licensing needs, and project specifications.
• Estimate budgets and timelines required for tool design, development, and deployment.
• Identify development sources for new tools, whether internal resources or third-party vendors, collaborating with project managers to meet production timelines.
• Lead commercial negotiations with third-party vendors regarding licenses or tool creation.
• Execute thorough testing procedures to guarantee error-free tool deployment within projects.
• Ensure tools are deployed within the stipulated schedule and budget constraints.

Performance Criteria

• Quality of tool solutions developed.
• Completion of development tasks on time and within budget.
• Timely and error-free deployment of tools in projects.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience with Solarwinds toolset is essential for this role, accompanied by 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
