Infra Operation Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead 24x7 operations for Webex infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, focusing on ensuring high availability, resilience, and operational excellence across data centre environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Saudi Operations team, managing effective monitoring, incident response, on-call support, and maintaining operational readiness.
• Take ownership of the availability, reliability, and performance of regional network components, data centre assets, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Drive processes for incident management, including root cause analysis, problem solving, and restoring services promptly.
• Oversee safe execution of changes in infrastructure, network, and cloud environments, including risk assessments and rollback plans.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), security teams, facilities management, vendors, and service owners to enhance operational resilience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in infrastructure, network, cloud, data centre operations, or SRE roles.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing technical teams within a 24x7 production environment.
• Profound networking knowledge covering BGP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, and WAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, monitoring systems, incident handling, and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Webex, collaboration tools, or real-time communication platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, automation tooling, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and SRE methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Cisco, ITIL, or related credentials are advantageous.
