Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Third Key Holder, you will act as an enthusiastic product expert who adapts fluidly to the dynamic business environment. Your main responsibilities include observing and listening to team members, coaching them to enhance the store experience, aligning daily activities with business goals to meet sales targets, and fostering a collaborative, positive workplace that embodies our slogan, "Greater Together."
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the fashion sector
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated professionalism and sophistication in approach
- Leadership style that encourages and inspires team members
- Ability to cultivate brand loyalty
- Genuine interest in supporting the success of others
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Collaborative teamwork balanced with self-motivation and autonomy
- Commitment to ongoing learning and adaptability
- Flexible and able to tailor actions to meet business needs
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
