Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Third Key Holder, you will act as an enthusiastic product specialist, adapting flexibly to changes in business needs. Your key responsibilities will include observing and listening to team members to provide coaching that enhances store performance and customer experience. You will align daily activities with business objectives to meet sales targets and promote positive teamwork, fostering an encouraging environment for everyone.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of retail experience, ideally within fashion retail
• Demonstrate passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences internally and externally
• Exhibit professionalism and sophistication in your role
• Lead with a team-focused approach that inspires and motivates staff
• Capable of building and sustaining brand loyalty
• Show genuine care for others' success
• Communicate effectively in writing, speaking, and presentations
• Work well collaboratively while also self-motivated and able to direct yourself
• Commit to ongoing learning with adaptability to change
• Customize approaches according to business requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
