Testing & Commissioning Manager

Overview

This role is split evenly between onsite work in Dublin and remote duties, depending on project demands. We seek an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to guide the introduction of complex railway signalling and systems, ensuring safe and efficient operational deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive Testing & Commissioning strategies.
• Oversee multidisciplinary test and commissioning schedules and teams.
• Provide support for possession planning and operational readiness preparations.
• Drive readiness evaluations and manage defect resolution processes.
• Coordinate efforts among stakeholders throughout testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Compile detailed test documentation and final handover reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree-level education in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in railway testing and commissioning.
• Strong familiarity with ETCS and Computer Based Interlocking systems.
• Proven capability to create and implement testing and commissioning strategies.
• Experience in managing complex operational handovers successfully.
