Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Test Analyst to contribute to the delivery of a contemporary customer-facing digital platform. This position entails planning, coordinating, and performing diverse testing operations on a proof-of-concept solution to guarantee its reliability, security, functionality, and purpose fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
• Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate software features, user forms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Detect, report, track, and assist in resolving defects.
• Ensure all solutions comply with business, functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
• Support planning of test environments, prepare test data, and assist in release validation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to cover all testing aspects.
• Assess authentication, authorization, and security implementations.
• Maintain detailed test documentation including reports, defect logs, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate and support UAT processes, managing issues and reporting outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and quality challenges related to testing and advise on improvements.
• Engage in continuous quality assurance and testing process enhancements.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery cycles following agile methodologies.
• Support solution validation and provide insights for upcoming implementation phases.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst, QA Tester, or equivalent role.
• Proficient in creating test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
• Solid hands-on experience with functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience testing web-based applications, APIs, and system integration points.
• Strong skills in defect management and resolution troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security testing concepts.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with modern digital platforms and cloud technologies is highly advantageous.
