Job Overview

The Test Administrator role based in Albany, NY, involves ensuring secure exam delivery coupled with excellent customer service within a welcoming setting. This is a full-time onsite position at 94 New Karner Rd, Suite 207.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strictly follow testing procedures and company policies using sound judgment.
  • Manage candidate check-in by verifying IDs and explaining examination processes.
  • Proctor examinations vigilantly to ensure test integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues during testing.
  • Perform light cleaning such as floor vacuuming and sanitizing equipment after use.
  • Complete additional assigned duties as necessary.

Work Schedule

Applicants must be flexible and able to work varying shifts Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including 2-3 Saturdays monthly. Occasional Sunday shifts may arise. The role requires 30-35 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Schedules are provided at least two weeks prior.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Preferred minimum of one year customer service experience.
  • Experience in exam proctoring or invigilation highly favored.
  • Proficiency ranging from beginner to intermediate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Physical ability to sit for long durations, escort candidates, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet environment with the ability to hear low voices and observe fine details.
