About the Role

Join Coca-Cola European Pacific NZ as a Territory Sales Manager Relief within our "Away from Home" team based in Tauranga. In this permanent full-time position, you'll be the primary representative of CCEP to customers in your assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service and supporting their growth. The role involves significant time on the road, visiting customers regularly on a call cycle to drive sales volume, product ranging, and ensure stores are well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Increase sales volume and product ranging across stores within your territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on customer acquisition and growth.
  • Execute sales strategies thoughtfully by understanding and responding to customer needs.
  • Support multiple territories by covering for colleagues during their absence due to leave or illness.

Candidate Profile

We seek an energetic, motivated individual driven to succeed and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates enjoy taking on challenges and converting opportunities into measurable results. Exceptional planning and efficiency are essential to manage a busy day effectively, along with flexibility to meet diverse demands.

Your ability to establish strategic relationships will be critical, as you will work with various customers and tailor your approach accordingly. While FMCG experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proven sales and customer service skills and experience in fast-moving environments are required. Self-motivation and autonomy are important, balanced with a commitment to team success and support.

Benefits

  • A tool of trade vehicle to support your role.
  • Access to comprehensive wellbeing programs, including gym subsidies, proactive healthcare, medical insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helpline.
  • Participation in employee events such as Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, competitions, conferences, recognition initiatives, giveaways, and product launches.
  • Free parking available at all CCEP locations.
  • Opportunity to engage in world-class learning and development programs, offering pathways for career advancement within CCEP.
