About the Role
This role is an on-roll position with Airtel, focused on managing territories in various locations across Tamil Nadu including Chennai (Triplicane), Vellore (Harur, Uthangarai), Coimbatore (Mettupalayam, Vedasandur), Mayiladuthurai, Trichy (Mannaparai, Ulundurpettai), and Pattukkottai.
Compensation and Eligibility
- Monthly take-home pay ranges between ₹39,000 and ₹51,000, varying by location: ₹43,000 to ₹51,000 in Chennai and ₹39,000 to ₹46,000 in other Tamil Nadu regions.
- Applicants should be aged 34 years or younger.
- Required experience includes distributor management, telecom/fintech/FMCG industry knowledge, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and the Field Sales Executive (FSE) team.
- Drive sales through SIM card activations and prepaid recharge services.
- Meet and surpass sales targets while broadening the market presence.
