Role Overview
The Territory Manager for Spine will be responsible for executing the strategic business unit plan within the Spine segment to meet sales and profitability objectives. This position operates primarily in the field to engage customers, generate leads, and promote a range of spine-related medical products. Working from Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve defined sales and profit targets aligned with company goals.
- Devote about 75% of working hours to field activities, including cold calling potential corporate clients through strategic sales techniques.
- Coordinate extensively with team members to ensure seamless execution of field operations benefiting customer needs.
- Plan and conduct effective, professional meetings with targeted healthcare professionals and customers.
- Generate new sales leads, promptly address all customer inquiries including quotations, and consistently follow up to meet business plans.
- Foster strong, ongoing customer relationships through regular communication and coordination.
- Provide accurate, timely product information and ensure adequate stock levels to support optimal product consumption.
- Offer in-service support and assist in managing patient case negotiations with doctors.
- Maintain and expand the existing customer base by delivering reliable service and exploring new business opportunities.
- Ensure all client demand-related documentation is organized and fulfilled efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or medical field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically within the Spine domain.
- Native-level Arabic speaker with proficient English communication skills.
- Prior experience in spine-related sales is advantageous.
Additional Information
Johnson & Johnson plans to spin off its Orthopaedics business to form a standalone entity, DePuy Synthes, anticipated within 18 to 24 months. Employees assuming this position may later transition to DePuy Synthes and will be subject to its employment policies.
