Job Overview
This role is for a Territory Manager responsible for Cardiff and nearby areas, ideally postcode CF1. It is a permanent, full-time position offering up to £28,000 annually along with a 10% performance bonus, a company van, and fuel card.
Role Purpose
As a Territory Manager on the convenience team, you will promote our clients' major brands by boosting brand presence and availability in convenience and independent stores. Your focus will be on developing strong relationships with key decision makers, securing prominent displays, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and highly organized. Previous experience in direct sales, particularly within the convenience retail channel, is preferred. However, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued as the company emphasizes thorough training and development for new team members.

Additional Information
This role requires possession of a full UK manual driver's license with no more than six penalty points or past bans. Employment offers are subject to a successful DVLA driving license check. The position involves frequent travel within the territory and requires comfort with regular driving. Manual handling and heavy lifting duties are expected, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
