About the Role
Stryker, a global frontrunner in medical technologies, is seeking a Territory Lead for Joint Replacement in the Central Region (Riyadh). This role involves fostering and advancing relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory to support the company's vision of improving healthcare outcomes globally through innovative medical products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with customers and potential clients in the designated region to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product developments, and regulatory updates pertinent to your territory, relaying critical information to management.
- Execute sales initiatives aligned with regional targets and strategic plans, providing regular sales performance reports to supervisors.
- Organize and conduct customer and partner visits and product demonstrations tailored to sales objectives and client requirements.
- Assess customer proposals thoroughly and compile comprehensive material lists matching client needs.
- Educate customers on various purchasing procedures such as tenders, intermediate purchases, leasing, and external procurements; collaborate with the tender team to support project procurement processes and reporting.
- Track delivery schedules for materials within your area and communicate timely updates to customers.
- Oversee product delivery and installation, conduct post-sale user training, and participate in surgical procedures as needed.
- Manage customer billing processes to reach accrual stages, coordinating with Finance and Accounting to ensure collections align with due dates.
- Gather and report customer feedback and complaints to Quality Management and management teams; evaluate and address issues within your territory and communicate solutions back to customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and handle congress and demonstration materials carefully to maintain sterility and integrity, ensuring their proper return to storage.
- Coordinate scientific support requests with the marketing team in assigned regions, actively assisting the process.
- Assist the logistics team when required to facilitate smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in the related field.
- Strong collaboration capabilities, utilizing communication and diplomacy to meet business goals.
- Ability to analyze situations using diverse information sources.
- Proven integrity and commitment to timely execution of responsibilities.
- Familiarity with job-related procedures and concepts, developed through training and practical experience.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Saudi Arabia driving license.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to change along with high responsibility.
