Role Overview
Join the Auckland Distribution Centre team at Stryker and contribute to the delivery of vital medical products to hospitals and patients across Australia and New Zealand. Each package you handle has the potential to save lives, providing meaningful purpose to your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to accurately store, pick, pack, and ship medical devices and supplies.
- Operate within a modern, technologically advanced distribution centre utilizing state-of-the-art systems and processes.
- Ensure efficient teamwork to fulfill healthcare providers' needs across the region.
- Maintain stringent safety and quality standards for a well-organized and secure warehouse environment.
- Engage in training opportunities to support personal and professional growth within the medical device sector.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have full legal working rights in New Zealand, including a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Demonstrate strong enthusiasm to learn, with prior experience welcome from any background such as retail, hospitality, sports, military, logistics, or as a graduate.
- Possess a strong team orientation, enjoying collaborative efforts to accomplish common objectives.
- Detail-oriented and dependable, ensuring careful processing of every order.
- Motivated to build a lasting career in an impactful industry through continuous development.
