Role Overview
The Territory Account Executive, Small Law, plays a vital role in generating new revenue from Corporate clients through strategic account development within their assigned territory. This position involves managing the sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closure. The individual will work collaboratively with teammates to foster relationships and uncover growth opportunities, including upselling existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key contacts within your customer base.
- Attentively understand client needs and convey the benefits of our technology and business trends.
- Create detailed accounts and territory plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Expand and deepen client relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage in instructor-led Sales Bootcamp to master essential sales methodologies.
- Use business tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.
- Manage all phases of the sales process effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic territory growth strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos supported by Pre-Sales.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
- Contribute meaningfully to quarterly business reviews for your territory.

- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making hierarchies.
- Capable of gaining trust and credibility with C-suite and senior leadership of large global entities.
- Eager to learn about and promote technological solutions to complex business challenges.

- Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.

- Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
