About the Role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Termite Inspector to deliver exceptional pest control services to both residential and commercial clients. This role is production-based, allowing for industry-leading earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Termite Inspector, you will conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify wood-destroying organisms and other pest issues. You will assess pest habitats and conditions conducive to infestations, and identify opportunities to offer additional pest control services. The position requires strong customer service skills to uphold Arrow’s reputation for excellence and positive client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass and maintain any required state licensing or certification
• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
