Position Overview
Arrow Exterminators seeks a dedicated full-time Termite Technician to deliver exceptional pest control services to both residential and commercial clients by using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This role offers an hourly wage and includes the use of a company vehicle along with substantial benefits.

Daily Responsibilities
- Begin your daily route demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to resolving pest issues
- Build long-term relationships with clients as you provide solutions tailored to their needs
- Review inspection documents to determine appropriate treatments
- Prepare treatment sites by clearing debris as necessary
- Apply treatments such as Terminix bait stations, soil trenching with liquid termiticides, drilling and treating voids, and spray applications on affected structures
- Maintain a calm and helpful attitude to support customer comfort and confidence
- Collect payments and handle customer inquiries with patience
- Ensure upkeep and proper functioning of all equipment and the company vehicle
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Valid driver's license is necessary
- Ability to obtain and maintain state-required pest control licensing/certifications
- Willingness to work a full 40-hour week
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
