Role Overview

The Tendering Specialist position is a full-time, in-office role based in Dubai, charged with overseeing the entire tendering lifecycle for various BeSpoke District projects. Responsibilities encompass spotting tender opportunities, scrutinizing tender documents, collaborating with internal departments to gather technical and commercial data, and assembling polished proposals and bids. The specialist analyzes client terms, assures conformity with specifications, keeps meticulous tender records, and aids client and partner negotiations.

This role requires coordination with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align proposals with pricing strategies, delivery capabilities, and project scheduling to win profitable contracts across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation and submission.
• Strong analytical abilities for evaluating tender needs, pricing, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers effectively.
• Proficient proposal writing to create accurate, clear, and compelling tender documents.
• Knowledge of procurement to manage supplier coordination, costs, materials, and timelines.
• Background in construction, interiors, or fit-out sectors, ideally within the UAE or GCC regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic working environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and advantageous knowledge of tender portals or ERP systems.
