About the Role
You will be working as a Tendering Specialist focusing on Control & Protection and Substation Automation systems, collaborating with a dynamic and diverse tender management team during a period of significant demand growth. This role provides numerous learning opportunities and involvement in future global projects within a flexible, transparent, and cooperative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client requirements and prepare detailed Bills of Materials, deviation lists, and product configurations.
- Provide precise cost estimates aligned with tender scope.
- Develop bid pricing and strategies jointly with the team manager.
- Engage in risk review procedures as mandated by company policies.
- Ensure commercial and legal interests are vetted in collaboration with Front End Sales and legal advisors.
- Track tender progress, maintaining continuous oversight of scope and timelines.
- Work proactively with multidisciplinary and multinational teams, managing flexible workloads efficiently.
- Contribute feedback to improve organizational processes and enhance customer satisfaction by timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree with 3 to 15 years of experience in Electrical & Electronics engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of Protection & Control products and Substation Automation systems.
- Proven engineering and tendering expertise, including risk assessment capabilities.
- Strong commitment to quality, standardization, and resource reuse.
- Excellent analytical aptitude and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Additional Information
Position located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This is an onsite full-time role within a rapidly expanding team focused on environmental target achievement through innovative energy solutions.
