Tender Executive – Field Operations

Overview

Etherium Enterprise (Opc) Private Limited seeks to hire three Tender Executives responsible for managing tender processes across various locations. This role includes multi-city travel and requires proactive administration of tender documentation and submissions.

Key Duties

• Identify tender opportunities and manage their requirements effectively.
• Maintain and organize all tender-related files, documents, and submission procedures.
• Liaise with various internal departments, external authorities, and officials concerning tender activities.
• Travel between cities as needed to oversee tender operations.
• Ensure that tenders and associated paperwork are submitted timely and accurately.
• Serve as a professional representative of the company during tender proceedings.

Training & Compensation

The company offers comprehensive training to all candidates, whether experienced or new to tender processes, with an emphasis on willingness to learn and travel. Compensation includes a monthly salary of INR 20,000 plus incentives of INR 10,000 per successfully secured tender. Travel and accommodation expenses during official duties are fully covered by the company.
