Job Overview

Join Arnav Media And Entertainment Private Limited as an Area Relationship Manager (Inside Sales) based in C-Scheme, Jaipur. This role requires you to work from Monday to Saturday with the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays off. Working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm. The position offers a salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, depending on experience, along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential vendors utilizing provided leads.
• Promote, present, and sell company services effectively to current and prospective clients.
• Identify customer requirements to propose appropriate service packages.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up routines on leads to maximize conversion.
• Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and relevant customer information.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators within deadlines.
• Stay informed about product details, pricing strategies, and ongoing promotions.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales or inside sales positions is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to learn and clearly explain products and services to prospective clients.
• Effective negotiation skills and resilience to manage rejection.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and telephone systems is advantageous.
• Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
