Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and intrigued by interior design, providing an opportunity to contribute significantly to our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Promote the range of interior design services offered by Styltool Interiors.
• Generate and qualify leads from available databases and arrange client appointments.
• Work closely with the design team to understand service offerings and client requirements.
• Keep detailed records of all client communications and interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Skillful at understanding clients’ needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Proficient negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Well-organized, proactive, and focused on achieving goals.
• Familiarity with interior design concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base monthly salary ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 INR.
• Performance-linked incentives between 10,000 and 70,000 INR depending on results.
