Telesales Executive

Overview

Solasta Ayer Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Telesales Executive in their Domestic Voice Process located at HSR Layout, Bangalore. This role requires candidates to work from the office and is open to freshers as well as graduates interested in starting a career in telesales. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both outbound and inbound calls from domestic customers.
• Clearly present and explain the company's products and services to clients.
• Generate potential leads and successfully convert them into sales.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with interested customers and keep accurate records.
• Meet daily and monthly sales objectives.
• Uphold professional communication standards with customers.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Any graduate is eligible to apply; freshers are welcome.
• Applicants who have completed 12th grade need relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi are necessary.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are important.
• Comfortable working in environments focused on meeting targets.
• Good persuasion and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work onsite at the HSR Layout office.

Additional Information

• Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
• Work location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
